Free shared laundry is located in the basement of the building, which can be accessed from a building side door. Lawn care and snow removal is included in rent. There is no driveway at the property, so no parking is provided. Tenants are welcome to apply for a residential street parking permit directly through the City of Ann Arbor (landlord does not guarantee parking).
