Rental process: Prospective tenants should speak to me by phone/Zoom to see if the house is right for you. If so, I will make an appointment with you for the open house on Saturday-Sunday, April 20 and 21, 9am-3pm. If you cannot be there during that weekend and are seriously interested, we may be able to arrange an alternative tour. But I will not sign a lease until the end of that April 20-21 weekend. This Old West Side colonial with a cozy farmhouse feel is perfect for either a couple or small family. An enclosed porch (with swing) separate patio and fenced yard enhance leisure time outdoors. Location The city's Main Street commercial and entertainment centerpiece is a 7-minute walk in one direction, and historic Michigan Stadium, 5-minutes in the other. 5-acre, child-friendly Wurster Park is a block away. All maintenance and outdoor work is promptly taken care of by a responsive property manager. Friendly neighbors are also helpful. The two-room basement has a state-of-the-art perimeter drain tile system that prevents water entry in even the most extreme wet weather. About landlord Erik Gleibermann I'm an Ann Arbor native who works as a journalist and educator in San Francisco. This house has been a wonderful way for me to stay rooted to my hometown.
