The loft set has the bed frame, plywood slat bed deck, guard rails, head board, foot board, birch 5-rung ladder, two 3-drawer pedestals (17 7/8"W x 22"D x 30"H), a large-surface desk with side supports and brace, connection pins and post caps. It supports a twin XL mattress. When configured as in stock photo, measurements are approximately 41"W x 85"L x 70"H. Made by the University Loft Company. Solid birch construction, with 3"x3" posts, all in a natural finish. Drawers feature dovetail joints and a 100lb glide system. Meets the highest safety standards. The modular design allows for endless configurations. The stock photo shows the the loft/desk combination, while the additional pictures show an individual desk and raised bed. Not included in the set are the chair, shelf, open shelf bookcase, accessories, mattress, bedding, computer as seen in the stock photo, nor the mattress and bedding shown in actual pictures.
