Mission Statement for the Position:
o Participate in the rollout of Nat Sherman Inc. cigarette products in new stores that it has been sold into. Engage consumer and store personnel in conversations about Nat Sherman and products in a manner that is both professional and achieves sales objectives.
Job Requirements:
o 0 to 3 years recent sales experience in a convenience store, the tobacco industry or consumer packaged goods sales experience would be a plus, but not required.
o Experienced in working with retailers helpful.
o Strong customer service orientation and skills.
o Be highly motivated and a self-starter.
o Strong work ethic.
o Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
o Geographic knowledge of the territory.
o Significant travel with some overnight stays (40-60%).
o Computer literate in Microsoft Suite and iPad technology.
o All applicants must consent to a background check and be able to provide three professional references.
