The Adam Khalil Agency is a Washtenaw county insurance agency that sells Allstate products. Currently we have three to five positions available for a Property & Casualty (P&C) Sales Producer. We are looking for an aggressive salesperson with great closing skills. Our Sales agents must possess both written and verbal communication skills along with a great attitude. This position does require a P&C license, however, it is not required to apply for the position. Throughout the onboarding process we will work with you to obtain your licensing requirements.
Key Functions:
Solicit and write and new P&C policies
Follow consistent sales process for quoting and Lead follow ups
Maintain knowledge of new products
Meet production requirements and goals assigned
Flexible Schedules available including outside sales positions
Our agency offers a full line of insurance products. Insurance experience is not needed, however a proven track record in sales or dealing with the public in person or over the phone is required. The agency will provide you with the best leads money can buy along with our in house telemarketing leads.
