Position Overview:
Shared Services Home Health Care, a Medicare-certified home health care division of Evangelical Homes of Michigan, is eager to welcome a new Physical Therapist to join our growing, dynamic team servicing the Washtenaw County service area. The Physical Therapist will be responsible for providing therapy case management in a compassionate and caring way to our home based clients, in accordance to the mission, core values, and standards set by Evangelical Homes of Michigan.
Essential Job Duties for the Physical Therapist (PT) include, but are not limited to:
Provide initial assessments to determine the best therapy and other home based services for the client, depending on their needs.
Work compassionately and patiently one-on-one with patients to provide care and assess ongoing needs.
Direct therapy treatment plans following a client's discharge from our post-acute rehabilitation programs.
Develop and initiate clients' plan of care inEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
