Application Developer-Java. Core
Completes applications development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities; contributing to team meetings; troubleshooting development and production problems across multiple environments and operating platforms
Required Skills: -
Experience in J2EE Architecture and Large Scale Application Development.
Good communication skills
Must have experience in XML file processing
Must have experience in J2EE frameworks like Spring, Struts etc.
Ability to manage an offshore team (schedule the work, ensure that things get done in time, report status and so on)
Ability to participate in requirements requirement Analysis, design and development
Dependable, Reliable, should be able to work independently (hit the ground running)
Ability to work with the customer as "one team" and follow the customer processes giving suggestions for improvements (not work as a puppet)
Experience in Search Engines like Solar is a BIG PLUS.
Experience required
10 years of IT experience
Minimum 6-8 years "hands-on" experience in J2EE Architecture and Large Scale Application Development

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
