Typical Duties: Cleaning Professional buildings that have lobbies, office areas, bathrooms, kitchens, break rooms and windows. Duties include vacuuming; cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, dusting, mopping, wiping down furniture, cleaning windows, and emptying trash and recycle bins. Attention to detail cleaning is important. Day Shift cleans primarily large apartment complexes. Hours range 15-25 per week. Hourly rate is $9.50. Evening Shift cleans office buildings. Hours range 7 - 20 hours per week. Hourly rate is $10 per hour.
Minimum Background Requirements:
1. You must be able to pass a felony background check. If you have pledge guilty or have been found guilty of a felony do not apply.
2. You must be able to legally work in the United States. You must be able to pass a background check.
3. You must be able to pass a reference background check. If you have been terminated for insubordination, failing to report to work, or failing to do your job in a professional manner do not apply.
Minimum Work Requirements:
1. Must be 18 years or older and have office cleaning experience.
2. Valid drivers license and dependable, personal transportation to be used to go to locations during the shift. You provide your own gas.
3. Read English and can successfully follow written and verbal cleaning instructions.
4. Able to work successfully and efficiently with co-worker and owner. CCS wants positive attitudes.
5. Dependable self-motivated and can quickly complete assigned duties with minimal supervision.
