Position Overview The Operations Specialist will work closely with various functions, primarily supporting the business and executive teams with business operations and logistics.
This position is encouraged for entry-level applicants who seek to develop skills in business and operations management.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, a team player, and eager to grow into new responsibilities and roles.
Responsibilities:
Managing office operations, including vendor management and inventory Coordinating executive, project team, and client schedules across varying time zones Supporting the finance and human resources functions with accounts receivable, benefits management, and internal workflow processes Assisting the development, implementation, and maintenance of quality assurance procedures Handling confidential employee and client information Other operational duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree 0-2 years of experience working in an administrative role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management skills High attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work independently and as part of a team
