The ideal candidate will have a solid accounting background with multi-company accounting experience, be an extremely personable, highly organized, forward thinking, and a motivated individual.
Candidate must be highly detailed and able to process large volume of transactions accurately and efficiently.
Job Responsibilities Accurately and efficiently process receive, code, post and pay vendor invoices Communicate with clients and vendors to ensure accounts are handled accurately and professionally Research, track, and resolve accounting issues Prepare and file IRS Form 1099 Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by performing tasks as needed Minimum Requirements:
2 year college degree or equivalent experience Ability to multi-task and work independently to meet tight deadlines Detail oriented, organized and have a high degree of accuracy Must be proficient and have working knowledge of general ledger transactions and reconciliation Excellent verbal and written communication Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Restaurant/franchise industry experience a plus Job Type:
