We offer flexible scheduling, but the position requires working weekend shifts and some holidays.
A caring, considerate, customer service focused, and enthusiastic attitude for the industry is a must.
This position gives a self-driven and motivated candidate room for development and growth.
Must be a leader with the ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate strong decision-making skills.
Candidates must pass a criminal background check which means you have no felony convictions in the past 10 years and no controlled substance misdemeanors within the previous 5 years.
Upholding Michigan marijuana laws with patients/customers and fellow employees is an essential part of the job.
The Management team will motivate their staff through coaching to maximize sales and provide excellent customer experience.
The managers will work directly with Budtenders, Assistant Managers, and other staff to carry out all retail operations.
Major Job Duties:
Maintain in-depth knowledge of products in the store, as well as general industry product knowledge Drive business results by maximizing sales plans, managing expenses and improving metrics through sales leadership Provide education for staff about strains, edibles, concentrates, etc.
Remedy any issues that arise from customers and employees Meet sales goals by training, motivating, and providing leadership to sales staff Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service Ensure compliance with all state regulations, policies and procedures Requirements:

Years retail experience 2
Years of management experience Strong computer and analytical skills Proven leadership skills Excellent interpersonal communication skills Experience in inventory management and reconciliation Must be able to stand, walk, and sit for long periods of time - some lifting required Associate's degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred If this sounds like a good fit, send us your Resume and Cover Letter.
