Responsibilities As a member of the Zola team, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks to ensure a positive dining experience for our guests.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Taking customer orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system - Providing excellent customer service and engaging with guests to create a welcoming and hospitable atmosphere - Handling and serving food in compliance with food safety standards - Knowing the menu well.
Upselling menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales - Collaborating with kitchen staff for food preparation and timely delivery - Maintaining a clean and organized work environment, including bussing tables and ensuring sanitation Job Types:
