We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented 1099 cleaning professionals in the Ann Arbor area to join our team.
Like working independently? Are you looking for more work and a flexible schedule? Perfect! we handle everything for you and all you have to do is clean.
When you work with us at Home Star Cleaning Co you set your schedule and we will only assign jobs based on your availability.
We will work with you to ensure you're happy making money on your own time! Hourly pay:
$25 (This is a 1099 subcontractor position only) Duties:
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming - Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other living areas - Empty trash cans and dispose of waste properly - Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces - Follow professional cleaning procedures - Consistently show up on time, communicate well, and be respectful to costumers -Adhere to safety for yourself and costumers property
Qualifications:
- 2 years of professional house cleaning experience is required - Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning agents - Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently - Excellent time management skills - Have your own transportation and cleaning supplies - Must have or be willing to get General Liability Insurance
Responsibilities:
