We are looking for a Legal Receptionist to join our team.
This is an important position in our firm as you will represent the firm to those who call and who come into the office.
You are the first impression - the first face of the firm.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and other administrative tasks.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills and a professional demeanor to join a growing legal firm.
The ideal candidate will have experience as a receptionist or assistant in a professional setting and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Welcoming clients and visitors in a warm, friendly manner.
Answering, screening, and routing incoming calls on a multi-line telephone system.
Scheduling appointments for attorneys and staff.
Contacting clients to confirm appointments.
Maintaining the main office calendar.
Checking mail daily, opening it, and scanning it into the system.
Preparing and mailing outgoing mail for office staff.
Office filing, scanning, copying, and other miscellaneous office duties.
Cleaning and sanitizing office conference room and other shared areas.
Preparing coffee/water for staff, clients and visitors.

Education/Training/
Experience:
Required:
High School Diploma or GED Minimum of 2 years' experience as a receptionist or assistant in a professional setting Basic knowledge of clerical practices, general office procedures, filing, receptionist, and telephone techniques and etiquette Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Preferred:
Associate degree 3 or more years' experience as a receptionist or assistant in a professional setting Prior experience as a legal receptionist Job Type:

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
