RoosRoast Coffee is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as RoosCrew members.
As a RoosCrew member, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude - Take customer orders accurately and efficiently - Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and food items - Operate cash register and handle cash transactions - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop - Follow food safety guidelines to ensure proper handling and storage of food items - Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns - Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods - Weighing and bagging coffee beans Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in coffee, food service or customer service is preferred - Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing - Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques is a plus - Familiarity with Square POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus - Ability to handle food safely and follow health regulations - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members - Ability to stand, lift and move for extended periods of time - Ability to lift 50 pounds - Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication, problem solving and organizational skills - Ability to contribute to a positive work environment Join our team at RoosRoast Coffee and be part of an exciting coffee culture where quality and customer satisfaction are our top priorities.
