We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering and directing phone calls, and providing administrative support.
The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills, be highly organized, and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
The Front Desk Receptionist will also be responsible for other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities:
Greet and direct visitors to the appropriate person or department.
Receive and make calls and relay messages as needed.
Schedule appointments and manage the calendar for the front desk staff.
Oversee that daily payments and charge posting are complete and correct.
Maintain records of patients in the office.
Ensure that all patients are properly signed in and out of the office.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and other deliveries.
Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
