Summary The University of Michigan School of Nursing (UMSN) Office of Information Technology has an excellent opportunity for an IT professional looking to join our customer-focused team, providing high touch support for faculty, staff, students, and guests.
You will provide support and concierge services for both physical and virtual technologies and work with other operational teams to support the academic, clinical, research, and business activities of the school.

Support mobile and portable devices for UMSN faculty, staff, and students.
Coordinate IT support services with internal campus IT service providers (H.
I.
T.
S.
, MSIS, ITS) and external IT service providers.
Help manage hardware and software asset lifecycle.
Provide support for remote, onsite, and hybrid course delivery, remote work, and events.
Provide A/V, classroom and clinical simulation technical support for our faculty, students, and staff.
Consult with faculty, staff and students regarding their technology needs.
Document and implement processes and procedures for our technical support and administrative tasks.

Required Qualifications Associate's degree in Computer Science, or a related field; Bachelor's degree preferred.
One (1) or more years of IT end user support experience.
Experience deploying and configuring Windows and/or Macintosh operating systems.
Working knowledge of Google and Microsoft productivity suites.
Experience troubleshooting IP networks.
Experience benchmarking and troubleshooting PC, laptop, and mobile device hardware.
Experience with Microsoft Windows and Active Directory software deployment and security tools.
Experience with current versions of Windows and Mac OS.
Candidates must have excellent communication skills, with the ability to receive and convey information clearly and concisely for various mediums.
Demonstrated proficiency at the advanced level with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
Expert knowledge of Google productivity suite.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
