patients daily and their guests and provide visitor identification Provide assistance to patients with appointment location upon arrival as needed Assist with patients who have not received a call back to make an appointment or want to become a new patient.
Transport patients in wheelchairs to their clinics and/or to the restroom, when they do not have a companion with them Transport or escort patients back to the N.
University entrance and direct them to the bus station Assist walk-ins who come to the SOD and need assistance with other buildings on campus Provide directions to patients from Hospital Dentistry (when they come to the SOD by mistake) and contact those clinics to inform them of patient tardiness.
Talk with transport drivers to make sure patients are picked up in a timely manner or are in the correct location Assist patients in calling transport companies by letting them use the emergency phone, when they do not have a phone or their phone will not get a signal in the building Provide guidance to patients on how to use the parking machine in order to leave the parking structure and in some cases go out to the parking booth and assist Validate parking for some patients who have already checked out.
Communicate with appropriate clinic issues when patients have appointments and have their young children with them.
(Under the age of 12 years old.
) Call parking facilities if patients cannot get parking tickets or there are long lines getting out of the parking structure Call for parking vouchers, print the parking vouchers, cut and put in numerical order the vouchers Assist to code alerts and respond accordingly Provide monthly maintenance and monitoring of emergency kits for the School of Dentistry Required Qualifications Requires high school diploma or equivalent 6 months
of customer service experience.

Demonstrate the ability to effectively communicate with the patient, family, visitors, and the direct care providers.
Must have excellent judgment and capability to act in a busy environment.

Must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time.
Must be able to move throughout the building to assist patients and families.
Desired Qualifications Experience in a healthcare setting with large volumes of customers, Microsoft and Google application experience.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
