You will focus on multiple daily operational responsibilities for the Smucker-Wagstaff Academic Programs Center (SWAPC), and maintain interactions with senior leadership.
You will report to the Assistant Dean for Admissions and Student Services with additional administrative accountability to the Associate Dean for Academic Programs.
This position will be hybrid with an expectation of 1-4 days in person in Ann Arbor, MI.

Big Idea Award End of Year Awards Undergraduate Winter Awards Support for Undergraduate Program Committee You will coordinate communication and logistics for Undergraduate Program Committee Meetings including:
Schedule meetings and send reminder messages Agenda organizing and sharing Meeting minutes and follow-up items You will manage the course proposal process Reporting You will provide reporting support for initiatives internal to Stamps and providing summary reports of university-generated reports and data for senior leadership During the summer months, you will provide organizational support related to accreditation Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree (in art and design or related field preferred) or an equivalent combination of education and experience Advanced proficiency using Google applications Demonstrated completion of multiple tasks and prioritization of work duties within established and changing deadlines Demonstrated completion of deliverables and creatively recommended solutions to complex issues Work and interact with a diverse group of faculty, staff, and students, confidentially Additional Information Land Acknowledgement The University of Michigan resides on the ancestral, traditional, and contemporary lands of the Anishinaabeg - The Three Fire Confederacy of the Ojibwe, Odawa, and Potawatomi Nations, as well as the Wyandot Nation.
