00 PM SHIFT) to the team:
Responsibilities and Duties:
Review pick tickets for accuracy, pull inventory, and pack shipments with efficiency and accuracy while complying with standard operation procedures Prepare international and domestic packages with appropriate labeling and documentation according to protocols Communicate with the customer service and inventory departments regarding orders Document accurate and detailed records and database entries Organize and maintain shipping paperwork for products Organize and maintain an adequate amount of shipping supplies Investigate, trace, and resolve problem shipment cases Ensure quality control levels when preparing and shipping packages Requirements:
Education:
High School Diploma
Experience:
1-2 years relevant work experience Computer Skills:
Microsoft Office Experience with carrier software is a plus (FedEx, DHL Easyship, UPS Worldship) Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift 60 pounds Demonstrate Cayman's Core Values - Integrity, Collaboration, Teamwork, Learning, and Excellence What we Provide:
