The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees.
This position serves as a coach and mentor for leadership in assigned service units as well as a resource for employees and other positions within the HR department.
The HRSP maintains an effective level of business literacy with Recruiting, Compensation/HRIS, Benefits, Labor Relations, Employee Relations & Customer Service and Organizational Development.
Education, Training and Experience Required:
o Bachelor's Degree in Business or Public Administration, Human Resources, Labor Relations or a related fieldo At least 5 years as a Generalist or Business Partnero At least 3 years experience in labor relations, including participating in negotiations and grievanceso The City of Ann Arbor will consider an alternative combination of education and experienceEducation, Training and Experience Preferred:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
