The incumbent, in collaboration with Foundation staff and volunteers, is responsible for the management, strategy, and execution of the organization's information technology infrastructure and operations to support Kiwanis Club of Ann Arbor Foundation's Mission.
This position reports to the Executive Director.

Key Responsibilities and Duties IT (50%) Maintains the organization's technology infrastructure.
Coordinates the website management.
Point person for maintaining IT service provider relationships including:
The20 - network equipment, NOC, SOC, 'essential unit' desktop helpdesk, and email management SensCy - helps build and enforce a sustainable cyber-alert culture.
Preserves cyber insurance price-point eligibility through monitoring and training of employee and member performance dashboard.
Ensures proactive corrective interventions with users when necessary.

NET VoIP phones Fiber service Endpoint Management Maintain Kiwanis's policy-based controls of network PCs and other devices to maintain functionality and safeguard the devices, data, and other assets from cyber threats.
Troubleshoot and resolve NAS backups for Windows and Apple devices Ad hoc employee technical support Printer maintenance and management Maintain accuracy of equipment inventory (adds/deletes) and all systems and policy documentation On/off board employees and volunteers Source and set-up of new technology purchases Technology administrator, trainer, and user support technician.
Coordinate and run weekly hybrid on-site and Zoom Kiwanis Club meetings.
Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues.
Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures.
Onboard new employees with their technology requirements.
Keep software and hardware up-to-date.
Research and recommend new technology solutions.
Provide IT training and guidance to staff members and volunteers.
Collaborating with third-party vendors to resolve IT-related issues.
Coordinate the organization's website and social media presence with direction from the Executive Director.
Maintain and update the organization's databases.
Maintain a technology budget with direction from the Executive Director.
Ecommerce Functions (50%) Monitors, approves, and coordinates all electronic sales in collaboration with Sales Manager and volunteers both online and in store.
Coordinates the merchandise, photographs, descriptions, emails, pricing, customer feedback, and shipping.
Provides monthly reports of sales to the Executive Director.
Works with Sales Manager and volunteers to procure electronic items for the sales floor and online to enhance sales pathways.
Ensure photographs and descriptions are uploaded and posted online by volunteers.
Coordinates online and sale systems in conjunction with Sales Manager and sales team for:
Ebay, Kiwanis auction and Square registers.
Helps coordinate an inventory of new arrivals and coordinated placement in designated areas.
Ensures volunteers research and evaluate electronic new arrival merchandise.
Recommends items for auction, prices, and descriptions based on research and as applicable.
Ensures the shipping process of sold products following USPS, UPS, FedEx or USPS guidelines and determines the best method of shipping and shipping fees.
Weighs each item as the description is being developed.
Pulls all sold orders.
Properly packages each item.
Monitors packing supplies.
Monitors completion of daily shipments.
Follows through on any UPS, FedEx or USPS tracking as needed.
Answers customer feedback online and in stores Helps customers navigate Websites as needed.

Experience IT coordination or management:
1 year (Preferred) Physical Demands and Work Environment Must be able to bend, stretch, reach and lift up to 40 pounds, walking or standing to a significant degree, involves sitting most of the time in an office environment infrequently exposed to extreme temperature, noise, fumes, dust, etc.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
