Responsibilities and Duties:
Promptly handle incoming calls from current and prospective clients Maintain records of client history:
interactions, transactions, inquiries, complaints, comments, and plans of action Process and bill orders received by phone, fax, email, website, and mail Maintain weekly international shipments to assigned distributors Maintain accurate and detailed records and database entries Set up new customer prepay accounts Remain aware of product back orders and special orders Act as a liaison between various departments Observe safety, security and regulatory procedures Maintain compliance with all company policies, plans and procedures Requirements:
Education:
Associate degree preferred
Experience:
2 years (customer service related) Computer Skills:
Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) Ability to prioritize tasks, be organized, and pay attention to detail Ability to work independently Availability to work on-site in Ann Arbor during normal business hours Demonstrate Cayman's Core Values - Integrity, Collaboration, Teamwork, Learning, and Excellence What we Provide:
