Assistance with Activities of Daily Living Personal care such as bathing, toileting, brief changes, dressing, and grooming Medication reminders Light housekeeping Planning, preparing and serving meals Assistance with transfers, walking and physical activity Transportation to appointments, activities, errands and shopping Providing companionship and cheerful, positive assistance at all times Dementia care/support Hospice support/assistance Caregiver
