Part-Time Benefited position scheduled 24 hours per week.
This position will support the education, onboarding and retention of newly graduated nurses in our Nurse Residency program.
POSITION PURPOSENursing Educators facilitate staff competency in providing Relationship-Based Care by using adult learning principles, demonstrating interest in and respect for learners, and creating an environment of safety for both patients and colleagues.
They work in collaboration with Employee Education & Development and other departments to assess, plan, develop, implement/coordinate, and evaluate the learning process and skill acquisition of colleagues, volunteers, students, and instructors of affiliating schools.
Collaborative functions include the orientation process, preceptor development and programming, continuing education, staff development, mandatory education, and new product/new process education.
REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND CERTIFICATION/LICENSURECertification/Licensure:
Current Michigan Nursing License Education and Experience Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree required Minimum of three (3) years clinical nursing or leadership experience at the unit level in a related health care setting.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
