We are seeking staff 18 or older for the fall with open and flexible schedules who want either 20-30 hours per week or 30-40 hours per week.
Responsibilities include making drinks, serving our guests, supporting the team, training new staff, inventory management, and communicating with the team and management.
All criteria of this application must be completed, including pre-screening questions.
Base wage for Team Members start at $10.
50/hour.
Baristas start at $11.
00/hour.
Team Leaders start at $12.
00/hour.
Training for each position can take between 3-6 weeks depending on your skills and experience.
All positions receive on average $5-$7/hour in credit card tips in addition to base wage, plus cash tips during your shift.
All together, the pay range is $15-$19/hour.
