Business Strategy Analyst

(HATCI) is looking for a Business Strategy Analyst to join the Business Support Team at our Superior Township, MI location.
HATCI, as a research and development organization, supports future product-related initiatives for the Hyundai, Genesis, and Kia brands in the North American market.
HATCI's Business Support Team is responsible for ensuring HATCI's business strategies meet the requirements of the overall corporate objectives of the Hyundai Motor Group.
The role of the Business Strategy Analyst is to support corporate-wide strategic initiatives through close collaboration across all departments within HATCI.
The candidate is expected to have a team-oriented approach, be detail-oriented and maintain a strategic mindset on all projects.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to, the following initiatives:
Assist in planning and coordinating HATCI business strategies and strategic roadmaps Gather industry intelligence to inform operational improvements Develop industry supplier and academia relationships (Business Partner Relationship Management) Perform ad hoc market and competitive analysis Collaborate with Product Planning teams regarding industry trends and strategic initiatives Support VIP visits through presentation content development Support year-end reporting requirements Perform administrative functions, such as, RFQs, check requests, invoice processing and other administrative duties as requiredCandidates considered will have Analytical, project management and problem-solving skills Experience with market research and data analysis Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Proficient with MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook Flexible, organized and able to work effectively with all levels of employees Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects A willingness to embrace multi-cultural working environmentsWhat we offer:

Experience:
Bachelor's degree in business or engineering.

years of experience working in a strategic role or equivalent business setting Candidates applying for positions with Hyundai-Kia must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
