3K a year Role and Responsibilities Complete monthly safety inspections on facilities Clear the sidewalks and parking lot of ice and snow Participate in an emergency on-call rotation Repair and paint walls/ceilings as needed Repair doors and windows as needed Assist in moving furniture and other items as needed Assisting with vehicle maintenance Complete electrical and/or plumbing tasks as needed Qualifications and Education Requirements HS Diploma / GED Certification in Electrical work or Plumbing work Experience with light repairs and drywall/painting Preferred Skills Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities The contractor will not discharge or in any other manner discriminate against employees or applicants because they have inquired about, discussed, or disclosed their own pay or the pay of another employee or applicant.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
