6K a year 8 days ago 8 days ago 8 days ago Summary Brightline is looking for a motivated, experienced, and dependable Residential Maintenance Field Supervisor to both lead and work alongside our dedicated team of residential maintenance staff in our Services division.
The Field Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the physical assets, general maintenance repairs, unit turns/make-readies, and preventive maintenance of our portfolio of residential units in the Ann Arbor area.
We seek the right person to join us as we continue to add value to real estate and make our community a better place to be in.
Duties/Responsibilities Troubleshooting and repairing a host of maintenance issues at residential properties including those related to HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliances, finishes, and grounds Completing unit turns/make-readies Ensuring compliance with all fire/life/health/occupational safety procedures and standards Collaborating with Leasing and Property Management teams Using Service Issues and schedules to establish priorities Continuously assessing the work progress and work products of our maintenance techs Providing immediate assistance and instruction to techs as needed in order to limit callbacks Monitoring repeat repairs and determining the best alternate courses of action Interacting with and providing excellent customer service to tenants Interfacing with company leadership, vendors, city inspectors, and other key stakeholders Performing other related duties as assigned by management Supervisory Responsibilities This position includes supervision of a team of maintenance technicians.
Qualifications 5
