Ann Arbor, MI Ann Arbor, MI Full-time Full-time $18 - $20 an hour $18 - $20 an hour Landscaping Maintenance Crew Members Landscaping Maintenance Crew Members are responsible for performing a variety of skilled tasks for our commercial clients which include overall bed maintenance, laying of mulch, pruning, weeding, and garden installs.
As a Crew Member you will develop the necessary skills to advance to a Crew Leader position.
All positions are full-time, year-round career opportunities that transition into snow removal tasks in the winter.

Snow hourly rate:
$22+, based on experience.

Qualifications:
Crew Member:
Entry level position, a season of experience in the landscape industry is preferred but not required.
Crew Leader:
Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
Chauffeur's license and DOT prior to driving a company vehicle.
Minimum of 1 year of experience working in the landscape industry and/or supervisory experience is preferred.
Ability to bend, squat, and lift (min 50 pounds) for long periods of time.
Able to work outdoors in a wide variety of conditions for an extended period.
Able to pass a pre-employment drug test.
