The full time role will be responsible for providing technical and general support for producing meetings that are in-person and virtual.
Duties:
Supports the production of in-person and virtual events Set up and manage virtual meeting (Zoom) accounts such that 35 accounts may be used simultaneously for virtual events Assist with setting up the Whova mobile event application for our events Provide Green Room hosting duties as speakers are preparing to present Use the Fonteva association management system for setting up new meetings and processing registrations Support and help coordinate event logistics from inception to completion (e.
g.
, printing badges, packing materials to ship to in-person events) Qualifications and skills of the ideal candidate 2-5 years of relevant experience in producing events Skilled with setting up and managing Zoom accounts PowerShell scripting to facilitate the Zoom configurations Experience working with the Whova mobile event application Expert experience with desktop presentation software (PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Slides) OBS studio for use in our general sessions at our events Experience with video production, streaming, webinar platforms and learning management systems (e.

, Moodle, Blackboard, Coursera) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Demonstrates an ability to manage a variety of priorities while meeting deadlines Takes pride providing outstanding care and service to both internal and external customers
