Non-Union Benefits Summary Role Summary Responsible for managing the City of Ann Arbor's analytics related to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Intersectionality, Access/Accessibility, and various Justice initiatives (DEIAJ+) initiatives by creating or soliciting, collecting, managing, and evaluating, and reporting on various initiatives, goals, outcomes, plans, and programs offered to employees, and the community.
Coordinate efforts with the Department of Organizational Equity to maintain an accessible DEIAJ
data dashboard for internal and external stakeholders.
Works closely with all areas of the organization to help build and support a culture of data-driven decision making through an inclusive, diverse, accessible, and equitable approach.
Maintains the highest level of customer service possible.
Education, Training and Experience (position requirements at entry) Required:
Bachelor's degree or related field or equivalent related experience Demonstrated experience in data analytics or similar experience Familiarity with statistics, data analysis, and research methods At least a moderate understanding of DEIAJ
principles and their application to public service and organizational culture.
Resourceful and analytical in solving complex problems The City of Ann Arbor will consider an alternative combination of education and work experience.

arena related to position Self-motivated and ability to demonstrate self-initiative At least a moderate understanding of DEIAJ
