Store Support Supervisor

This person is a key part of a team which oversees all aspects of store operations, They'll be familiar with all department policies and procedures and have a deep knowledge of all operational departments.
Will anticipate problems and solve them when they arise, primarily in the absence of the Customer Service Manager and department managers.
Qualifications include:
- - Excellent customer service skills - Ability to direct and supervise others - Excellent communicator and problem solver - Ability to handle multiple demands - Evening and weekend availability - Retail management and cash management experience a plus We love our work.
