Responsibilities:
Set up mechanical, hydraulic, or electric test equipment in accordance with engineering specifications, standards, or test procedures.
Ensure fixtures for the parts, measurements, and pictures are appropriate.
Monitor machine-controlled test equipment to ensure test is performing as expected; document when unexpected activity occurs.
Ensure test results are complete and accurate.
Document and report all defects or malfunctions.
Inspect or test parts to determine nature or cause of defects or malfunctions.
Document test results using cameras, spreadsheets, forms, or other tools Preparation of test parts.
