Summary:
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the on-site maintenance of all facilities located within a specific hotel community.
The maintenance technician works with an team to ensure a well-functioning hotel community.
The role requires the individual to be a hands-on leader and person who can address all aspects of hotel and community maintenance.
Essential
Responsibilities:
Work with management and staff to ensure smooth and efficient hotel and community operation Troubleshoot and perform all service requests on time and in proper sequence; diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and other needs Ensure all maintenance requests are completed accurately, properly and in a timely fashion Assist with on-call emergency shifts as required Manage a list of priority maintenance items and complete them efficiently follow a preventative maintenance program Create and distribute weekly maintenance report Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required 3 years of previous hotel maintenance experience CMA preferred Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
