We are looking for an experienced Biller to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of billing and collections processes, be able to work independently and efficiently, and have excellent customer service skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and submitting invoices, tracking payments, resolving billing disputes, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities:
Process customer invoices and payments.
Ensure accuracy of customer accounts.
Maintain customer records in an organized manner.
Review and reconcile customer accounts.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
Process credit card payments and refunds.
Generate monthly financial reports.
