We are currently seeking a full-time residential Maintenance Technician to work with our team at Woodbury Gardens Apartments & Townhomes in Ann Arbor! Your responsibilities will include general maintenance of the property, light carpentry and electrical, HVAC repairs, service requests, preventative maintenance, make-ready turns, and other assigned duties.
